At Medimex Drop, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we follow strict guidelines to ensure product integrity and compliance with health regulations.
🔄 Returns
Because we sell medications, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered — even if unopened — for safety and regulatory reasons.
Exception: If you receive the wrong product or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
💰 Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

❌ Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
